Processing Time
At Edbercy, all orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping carrier, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Delays
Edbercy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods. However, we will always assist you in tracking your package.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Edbercy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Returns & Refund Policy
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include photos of the product and packaging for faster processing.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may already have started and cancellation may not be possible.
